Luke Swenson is a photographer and storyteller based in Tucson, Arizona. He is a graduate of the Pratt Institute BFA Photography program, and the International Center of Photography Documentary Practice and Visual Storytelling program where he was a Directors Fellow. Swenson has been recognized as an Award of Excellence winner by the Newhouse School at Syracuse University Alexia Foundation Grant, and his photographs are a part of the permanent collection at the Wittliff Collections at Texas State University. Swenson is currently leading a Federal Grant project funded by the National historic records and publications commission at the pimeria alta historical society and museum in nogales, arizona. he is available for freelance work along the arizona-sonora border.
